How does the site work?
Our site works in three very easy steps-

  1. Submit your CV to the CV Matters team using the online system
  2. Enter your payment details through our secure payment system
  3. Wait for your CV to be e-mailed to you!

How long does it take?
We aim to have every CV completed and returned to you in 48 to 72 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact times depending on waiting lists but you can always contact us before submitting your CV for an approximate time.

How much does a CV cost?
The cost for a CV and cover letter is €59, including VAT.

Do I get a confirmation e-mail?
Yes, once your CV has successfully been submitted to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and containing a unique reference code. Please use this code on all correspondence with us.

Will my CV be compatible with recruitment agency and job websites?
Yes. Your CV will be returned to you in Word format which is the most compatible format for use with recruitment software and job sites.

I'm in a hurry and need a CV as soon as possible, what do I do?

In certain cases, we can prioritise a CV and aim to have it back to you in 12 to 24 hours. If you are in a hurry, please contact us prior to submitting your CV for a quote and approximate timing.

I need interview coaching, is this something that CV Matters offers?
Currently, we are not in a position to offer interview coaching. Should that change, we'll make it clear on our homepage.

Can CV Matters contact companies on my behalf and submit my CV?
No. We are not a recruitment consultancy and cannot represent you or present your details directly to companies. However, we do know some excellent recruiters working in other companies who may be able to assist. If you'd like us to recommend a few, let us know by e-mailing info@cvmatters.ie right after placing your order. Please include your order reference number on your e-mail.
